When I first received this I opened the box and saw that the duffel style packaging contained only images of a lumbar support pillow. I didn't open the vacuum pack to check because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to return it. Revain quickly sent a replacement - with the exact same mistag. I took a chance and removed the packaging. SO HAPPY I MADE IT! This is the third "Auto" Sciatic Nerve Support Pillow I have purchased. That's the only thing that really fits the driver's seat. AFTER ALL! I have a pars defect in my lumbar spine and it has become particularly problematic. It's funny how many dollars I've spent in a week just hoping I could get up like a normal person. It's everything I hoped for. Covers the entire seat. Specially designed for the driver's seat, so it fits perfectly.2. Really stays in place when I get in and out of the car! I weigh 240 pounds, that says a lot.3. Not too hard, not too soft.4. I added a thin lumbar support pad that is also designed exclusively for the driver's seat. And I can get out of my limousine after 3 hours in a traffic jam without pain and cumbersome "manoeuvres". Lumbar pillow from another company, Big Hippo LLC. Unfortunate name but another great product.
