Don't waste your money

I followed all Pebblebee and Alexa instructions correctly. Here are the results. Using the Pebblebee app to find keys and phone. You're lucky if it works half the time, and when it works the beep is so quiet even a dog can't hear it. So much for their 200 foot range. And if the app finds your phone... beware. The alarm clock is quite loud, but it NEVER stops ringing. There's no off button, no stop button, no "found" button, and rotating the dial doesn't stop the alarm either. I tried restarting my phone but it came back on and the alarm still sounded. The only way to turn off the alarm is to turn off your phone completely. Use Alexa to find keys and phone. No matter what I did, no matter how many times I uninstalled or installed the Pebblebee app, it didn't work with Alexa. I called Alexa support. We spent an hour and a half on the phone with a rep, and neither of us could get the Pebblebee to work with Alexa. We gave up. I tried again and for no apparent reason Alexa answered. But then again, you're lucky if it works half the time. If Alexa manages to find your keys, she will tell you that your device will beep. Sometimes that's true, but most of the time it's not. Sometimes when I asked Alexa (and the Pebblebee app) to find my keys, they found my phone instead and an unstoppable alarm went off. I didn't want to write a bad review without contacting Pebblebee. You can't contact them by phone for support or complaints so I emailed them. It's been over a week and I've been ignored. This case is back.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
