after this device, I’m unlikely to transfer to the mirror, because it’s already yesterday, just not everyone understood. if I change, then only for a7 ii / a7r ii / a7s. for the money (especially for those who shoot videos) I don’t see a better choice. with the recent firmware 2.0 added the xavc-s codec and also reduced the turn-on time of the camera. Pros below: 1) price-quality-functionality ratio. the nearest competitor canon 7d mark ii is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive. cheaper canon and nikon DSLRs fall short in all respects; 2) video quality. the picture is identical to the Sony nex-fs700 super 35 format camera. even on the avchd codec, it breaks any DSLR with an aps-c sensor. 7d mk ii falls short on dd. 5d mk iii is better only in low-light (thanks to ff sensor), otherwise worse. does not make noise up to 1600 iso; 3) bionz x quad core processor. after a6000, similarly priced DSLRs from canon and nikon feel like pentium 4 after core i5. the camera never blunts, instantly adapts to any changes. chic autofocus, especially for those who shoot video. good camera jpeg. 11 fps continuous shooting. all this thanks to the process, which, by the way, is placed in the top a7 ii, a7r ii, a7s; 4) time lapse app. the application is paid, but for those who shoot like this - it's just a gift, because. has a fairly wide functionality and significantly facilitates the creation of such content without sacrificing quality; 5) photo quality. no better and no worse than the same 7d mk ii. but, again, the price, dimensions are in favor of Sony; 6) evf, rotary display; 7) weight, dimensions. but here it is debatable, for some it is a disadvantage. 8) wi-fi, nfc. Has cons: 1) no microphone input and headphone output. against the backdrop of excellent video capabilities, it looks somehow strange; 2) quickly eats up the battery in comparison with the dslr, because it is problematic to shove a large battery into a small case; 3) a relatively small selection of native optics and a relatively high price for it, especially for zeiss. no zooms with constant f/2.8. however, there are simply excellent glasses sony 50 1.8, 35 1.8, zeiss 24 1.8, cheaper - from sigma 19, 30, 60 2.8 (without a stub, but also good glasses); 4) artificial restrictions, such as the lack of hfr (120+ fps) and 4k modes, because the hardware of this camera easily pulls these modes (rx10 iv, for example). but for such a price - it's a sin to complain, competitors also do not have this.
