I like that it is very easy for clients to use as well, they can go in at any time of day or night! The interface itself could be more user friendly but its getting there with each update from support staff!! My client loves how simple their site has become since we started using harpocteris software. They are able solve all customer problems quickly which helps them keep customers happy. ! The customer service is great, they are always available to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. They never seem to get mad at me if I don't pay my bill right away. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to send out my money. If you want to be able to use your phone without having to worry about being overcharged or getting bills in the mail, this is the company for you! I would recommend them to anyone looking to avoid those nasty surprises when using their cell phones.
