I recently purchased a pair of blue light glasses for women and they have been a game changer! Based on our own experience these glasses have significantly reduced my eye strain and headaches from staring at my computer screen all day .The cateye style is also super cute and trendy, perfect for wearing during video calls with coworkers. The only downside is that they can be a bit tight on the temples after extended wear.
