Review on Stainless Removable Pitcher Beverage Dispenser by Dale Toth

When I first got it, put it back together and tested it with water, the spout was leaking. The inner washer was too large in diameter and the silicone washer/plug was also too large to compress. I ended up omitting both to make it work better the way it was later. I washed it once with hot tap water and it cracked where the glass was thinnest at the spout. I have washed many glass containers with hot tap water in the past but have never encountered this. I know you don't care, but I'll say it anyway: why not just make and sell a better product?
