Well made and seems durable but I just couldn't get it to work with my Invisalign retainers. Not sure if the hook was too thick to use or my trays are too narrow. I really hoped this paragraph would be helpful because I hate putting my fingers in my mouth. If it had worked for me it would have withstood my full aligner treatment without breaking. Aside from not being able to use the item, I requested a refund and the Revain representative said the item needed to be returned. After that it was in my mouth. A bit gross, but I guess whatever. For $10 I expected more and I'm really disappointed that I couldn't get it to work for me.
