Review on π Spare Tire Light & 3rd Brake Wheel Light Upgrade for Jeep Wrangler 2007-2017 by Ivan Brown
In my kit there were 4 wires going out from the LEDs.
My kit includes 4 wires from the LEDs plus 2 unconnected extension wires. All the wires coming from the LEDs were connected in series, 2 wires at the beginning of the chain and 2 wires at the end of the chain. The instructions don't tell you how to connect it to the extension cord. The logic says MATCH and connects the two ends of the daisy chain together and attaches THIS to the jeep's wires. However, this does not work. I've tried connecting just one end of the cable to the jeep's cable, but that doesn't work either.
