I have an insulation business. I'm in the attic in positions I don't want to talk about. My posture wasn't the best. I visit a chiropractor to maintain my health. I came across this brace and decided to try it to improve my overall posture and the way I carry myself. Well, it's been a month between Hiro's visits. This bandage really pulls your shoulders back. For the first week I could feel the corset working to keep me straight, so much so that my lower neck hurt because my upper back was so straight. It's very comfortable and now I don't even feel it. It's a constant reminder to stand tall. I drive a van with seats that are not very comfortable and tend to twist. The only advice I can give is that it comes with extra comfy padding that slides in where you might need it. I put this pad on the part you tighten. It protects this area from loss of shape and chafing.
