Disappointment: Ornaments

Unfortunately, about half of the balloons had tears/holes. I used them to turn them into strawberry balls so I didn't need a whole pack but I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the latex. They are not 12 inches but 10 inches tall. It was also extremely difficult to tie a fully inflated heart-shaped balloon. They also held helium poorly. I filled them up around 11pm and in the morning they stopped swimming.
