A friend recommended this scrubber to me and I wasn't sure about buying it after reading some of the reviews here. It works amazing. I used the detergents I already had and hot water and it didn't take long to clean the tub and plumbing. Completely satisfied with this purchase. The loading time was minimal, not as described in the instructions.
