Love it. Only a small amount should be used depending on the area, so read directions. I don't really use more than a pea-sized app for myself. General use isn't meant for everyday use unless you need to use it that way in the first place. Expensive (for me) but it helps with dry or very dry skin and is used at home and/or before bed to allow it to penetrate and hydrate. I use it every day at first, then as needed for a week. Then use something more accessible throughout the day, especially for hands that you wash multiple times a day. (They should have done the same with b4 Covid). I have psoriasis just outside the ear canal and a couple of cm patches on my head and this has helped when there was no medication for it or when it wasn't severe ie drier weather or even drier weather I can say it helped me a customer a million years ago when i was working in the bar/restaurant industry gave this and people couldn't believe it because my hands were so soft and this still happens today when i work in a very dry environment. Trust me when I said I've tried everything on the market and I think it depends on your skin too.
