Review on Columbia Unisex-Child YOUTH NEWTON RIDGE SUEDE: Durable and Stylish Outdoor Footwear by Terrance Singletary

I don't know what's going on in the shoe industry but this is the second big disappointment I've had with big brand sneakers, the second was Merrell. . It's like they make their hiking shoes out of cheap, fake, flimsy rubber material that looks more like a rubber boot than a hiking boot. Oddly enough, when you walk in them, the shoe curves right above the laces and rests on the toes. I have a very similar model (Newton Ridge) in real leather, I like them a lot and I thought they were similar but I was very disappointed with the quality.
