I am very happy with this microphone. While working on voiceovers for video projects, I was looking for a better mic option than the various lavalier mics I have. For the price (about $40 at the time of purchase) I don't think I could get a better mic. The sound quality is fantastic (especially at this price point) and everything is plug and play. After I plugged the USB into my computer, Windows 10 immediately recognized it and loaded the appropriate drivers, and I burned myself within 30 seconds. There's a volume control on the microphone itself that controls the volume of the recording, not just for playback through the included headphone jack (very handy, keeps the cables in one place). The microphone also has an echo slider that controls the built-in echo feature. I've only used this once to make sure it works; it was. This mic also has built-in noise cancellation, which for me seemed to work pretty well in a room with a TV, two kids, my wife and dog, and my computer running in the background; the friends i played with had no problem understanding me and didn't have to listen to all the background noise when i wasn't talking. However, for serious recording, as with any other microphone, I would recommend as quiet an environment as possible. Also in the box is a desktop mic stand, a pop screen, and a USB cable. For the asking price, the included extras make this an absolute steal. I would not recommend this mic to anyone who wants to improve sound quality without spending a lot of money.
