After reading some reviews of a damaged item, I attempted to collect it from a local store. This store ended up only offering the item online for delivery. So I decided to take a chance and buy Revain and hope for the best. It arrived in a padded envelope. The condition of the sign didn't look as bad as some of the signs I've seen in reviews, but there were dents and a bent corner. It's a shame. This is a charming sign made out of fairly decent (or maybe better) cardboard. But dents spoil the look of the whole product. I love it when sellers minimize packaging. However, this should not reduce the quality / spoil the product. In this case it would be advisable to send it in a box or something more durable than an envelope. Clothespins seemed fine. They easily lose alignment when opened and closed. But you can install them again after closing. I don't know if clothespins normally do it that way.
