Almost naturally I bought two of your seven foot tall cedars from Revain at the same time. Although both trees get the same amount of sun, one tree (the tree in the top left photo) is doing well while the other tree (in the right photo) is not doing well. The set pine needles on this other tree were always brittle and had a tendency to break off or fall off (look at the cluster of pine needles at the bottom of the pot - there were also a lot of pine needles that fell on the tree). the porch surface that I swept before taking this photo). Also, many of the protruding parts of the pine needles on this tree have turned blue - you can see the blue in the second photo, although I have since cut most of them off. By the way, I regularly spray both woods with a plastic UV protectant like Marine 303 for outdoor fabrics and plastics. Trees were expensive. Is it possible to somehow refill the plastic pushpins of a broken tree without replacing the entire tree?
