handy for lubricating kitchen knives
The brush is in a small amount of camellia oil in a ceramic toothpick holder next to the knife block. Carbon steel knives lubricate the blade with oil after each wash to prevent rusting. sometimes I also clean wooden handles. Camellia oil is clean and the container is small so the oil doesn't go rancid or contain dirt. a small destination but perfect for what it is.
