UPDATE: After almost a year of the initial order I received an unexpected email from Designer Living customer service. They wanted to remind me that the duvet has a 5 year guarantee and wanted to help fix the duvet issue. Unfortunately I threw it away a long time ago as it stopped working. They offered to send a new one to replace the original. I received the film yesterday and it works great! Incredible customer service after such a long time. I will try to order something from them this holiday season.___________________________________________________________________________________________________ After 2 months the blanket stopped working. It looks like something got mixed up with the cords in the ceiling.
