Review on 🚿 KES Bathroom Sink Drain with Hair Catcher Strainer Basket, Anti-Clog Pop Up Drain Stopper, Matte Black Finish for Vanity Vessel Sink without Overflow, S2013D-BK by Dan Ball

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Even better than I expected. That big fat bolt at the end makes a HUGE difference!

My old vessel drain was starting to leak so I needed a new drain. Pulling out the old rusty took 3 DAYS, a full can of WD-40, tried about 15 different tools mainly because the bolt under the sink was very thin and actually fit in due to the size of the hole in the granite. , so getting him unharmed was almost impossible. As a result, we literally had to drill holes and tear up the sewers. I will never buy a drain with a thin screw again. That drain plug is huge. The biggest I could find. And it worked exactly as I had hoped. The bolt disappeared into the granite. but there is enough left underneath to hand tighten. Until you unscrew the thin bolt that's rusted to the pipe, you have no idea what lies ahead. The rest is quite heavy and well made. The drain plug is useful too! I can't tell if I know how this will work over time, but it seems like a good idea. I didn't need any additional spatula or silicone for the assembly, it didn't flow from the start. It has more to do with the style of my sink, whether the drain is tapered/notched, is it perfectly symmetrical, etc. If you need a sink drain, this one is perfect!
