Absolute bullshit. The initial instructions on the box (obscured by the box label) do not match the listed instructions. Conditions on the box for a 500W microwave - 90-100 seconds. Not sure if a non-branded microwave is standard equipment, but a 1000w microwave took over 3 minutes. In addition to the time, glue an applicator (which is designed for a small reptile - I understand I'm a larger than standard Schnoz size, but come on, these things are tiny!). After inserting the first applicator, I wanted to lather the second one, but the wax hardened again after 10 seconds. Curmudgeon, I said to myself as I microwaved a few more minutes at this speed, I'll be here most of the evening tinkering with this rainforest booger-catcher in my snuff pipe. Last but not least, I kindly pass on a $9 refund which I can receive within 365 days. Who takes a year to get $9 back? Just write me a check and post the date like everyone else. Good day!
