Although the functions are a little difficult to figure out, following the directions exactly will allow you to use the timer as you wish, which includes customizing intervals or timers. A great value for the price.

We ordered this clock for our garage gym. It worked perfectly for every workout. Well, as things happen in a garage gym, we lost the remote and tried to order another of the same brand from Revain. It didn't work, so I found the company's contact info and emailed them. "CS" replied back within a day and sent us a new remote that works with our clock. It did take a min to get here. But, customer service was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this clock.

So I purchased this timer especially for the digital stopwatch function…that way I can track how long I’ve been working out a particular body part, how long I’ve rested between reps and then overall how long I’ve worked out…all without looking at my Apple Watch. Somehow this digital clock slows down time….within the first 15minutes it’s about 1minute behind real time and within an hour it’s easily 4minutes behind real time. It’s an amazing feat and wish it worked on the aging process as well…

At first, the timer worked fine and I really liked the clock. It does not have a wide base for resting on its bottom so it can easily fall over, but mine is in a location that doesn't get disturbed.However, after 4 months, one of my programmed timers that has 9 levels of workout times suddenly stopped executing the 9th level. We've been using this timer for about a year and a half. It has all the features we need, is easily visible & audible from across the room (60 feet), and when we needed help finding a replacement remote, the company responded quickly and they were incredibly helpful. The remote works from a decent distance, maybe 20-25 feet or so. Very happy with this purchase and we hope it serves us for many years to come.

With nothing special and very basic functionality and basically no meaningful customization, it’s a negative bonus that the mounting hardware was inadequate and cheap to boot. I like this gym timer, but the operation is a little clunky. Managing presets or doing basic adjustments takes a minute to get use to. Good bang for your buck, just not "perfect” operation. The unit requires the remote to set clock time, intervals etc. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries. One battery fit into the remote just fine. The 2nd battery wouldn't fit and I didn't want to break the spring or the remote cover forcing it in. It’s got all the basics along with some advanced settings that works perfect for my home gym. I use the FPG frequently which is 5, five minute intervals what doing my hiit sessions.

I am super sad it isn’t chargeable. It will only work while plugged in so can’t be used for workouts on the go which is the only reason I can think of you would want one so small.

Not user friendly in the slightest. Came with instructions and used step by step and still did not work. My wife and I do not approve of this clock. Just dish the money for rogue clock.

I got it for my bf home gym and he loves it.he does boxing training and different cardio.it helps with his sessions.I would recommend it.
