Not user friendly in the slightest. Came with instructions and used step by step and still did not work. My wife and I do not approve of this clock. Just dish the money for rogue clock.

- This gym timer has been fantastic! It was easy to set up, has plenty of timer modes, and looks great!
- Alarm is too weak and it beeps instead of a louder ring bell i was expecting
