These are absolutely perfect for toddlers. My son loves to paint. It's his favorite thing to do on a sunny day. Usually I am having to drag out paints and paintbrushes and towels and water containers and then by the time everything is set up he is tired of waiting and has moved on to something else. These dot painters are perfect some quick painting. All you need is the painters and paper. I don't even grab a towel anymore because the paint is pretty easy to wash out of concert which is where we do all our paint projects. They are very easy to use and teach how to use I taught my son how to use them by just saying tap tap tap over and over again and reminding him to tap gentle instead of rough. But even if you do tap rough a few times they withstand really well. The colors are very vibrant and there is alot of color that comes out. It doesn't come out too heavy though with just a quick tap so it dries fast on the paper unless you tap really hard or multiple times building up the pain then it does take longer to dry. My one year old has even learned how to use them with help obviously lol. But also when your 3 year old dots your 1 year old in the face it's easy to clean up as well which is nice 🤦🤣. Overall I am really impressed with these and they are our go to for this summer coming up. They last for a long time as long as you keep the lid on them. That is the one down fall I have because it is so quick drying if you leave the lid off top long it dries out quick. We didn't leave them off to terribly long so I added a little water to the sponge and it seems to work just fine now but I would definitely make sure your toddler is using one at a time and putting the lid on tight after each use. Added bonus it comes in a nice sturdy box that is easy to get them in and out of and easy storage.
