I was skeptical when I saw how small and fragile these things looked. But they do an excellent job. I have a large rain shower. Some of the holes didn't release water. So I knew they were clogged with hard water deposits. We usually use a needle to open them. But it just pushes his head. They have small brushes that clean holes much better. You can see the dirt it produces. My shower head has rubber tips and I didn't think they would work with them. But they do! I've found that bending the brush tip at a right angle helps push it inward. The brush tips are easy to bend. I was able to make the entire shower head with one brush.
