Review on Sparow ERP by Robert Staten
Quick implementation with good support from their team
What I like best about Sparro was its quick implementation. We could go live in just 3 days with no major issues.It had integrated with Dynamics CRM but there are some bugs that need attention on their end or more so for MSFT. We have used other competitors products for data migration but to be honest Sparro was one of the best. We needed something which would help integrate both Accounting/HR system. We started from scratch without any legacy systems and we realized the benefits it brings. Overall it's quite easy for user interface which makes learning very quick as well! It also has good support from their team for any issues we have faced in using this software so far!! I would say that there isn't anything much i dislike about sparrow products yet but if you are looking out for simple accounting system then definitely go with them because they offer many features like inventory management etc under one roof. !
- Customer service provided by Sparro is great,They were always ready whenever I called back when ever my queries came up.Its really helpful especially since everything related customer services needs constant update & change due different platforms being adopted every now n then hence having such flexible platform helps lot while maintaining an infrastructure where things constantly keep changing
