These wicks are perfect! The fully adjustable length ensures the right flame height.

These wicks are perfect! The fully adjustable length allows you to adjust the height of the flame to suit your needs. Some of the holes in the boards are slightly larger. Simple solution, trim wick as usual, bend wick after inserting into hole, and voila, no slipping. Also to other reviews complaining about various issues. DO NOT USE KEROSENE! πŸ€” Won't pop up after a few uses?. Has managed to use at least a week with only one wick. Have you ever wondered why they stop swimming? They are soaked in oil. Put the saturated wick on the fork, light the wick, let it burn on the fork for about a minute = no more saturation. Use chopsticks to place a burning wick on the oil, or extinguish, allow to cool and place on top of the oil to ignite. Too much oil left after self-extinguishing?. Trim the portion of the wick that touches the oil to 1/8 inch. The shorter the better! There is no more oil in the holder. The only downside to this approach is that the lack of oil will most likely result in the entire wick burning through at the end of use (no self-extinguishing if there is no oil πŸ’‘). I'm sure this could lead to someone setting their kitchen on fire. It is better to be self-extinguishing and have a little more oil than.

Pros
  • VERSATILE: These wicks fit almost any oil candle cup and are versatile. From religious ceremonies and spiritual events to soft decorative lighting and emergency candles.
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
