I don't really know if this product works as advertised. I am 7 weeks into my weight loss journey. Lessons 3-5 days a week. Eat clean and lose inches in everything. But this thing thinks my body fat percentage has stayed the same if it hasn't increased by half a percent? WTF? nope When my clothes are looser (and they are) then I lose fat. I think this thing just calculates a formula based on my height and weight. Now that I'm building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, of course body weight doesn't change, so the formula gives the same fat percentage. Or I received a defective product. It's too late to return. I should have just bought a caliper to do clamp testing instead of spending dollars on this thing. Completely frustrating.
