Given the price, I thought it might be thin and flimsy, but it isn't. That's really a good weight. Washes well, irons well (if you're picky like me) or you can just take it out of the dryer and put it on the table. The edges are well sewn - the corners are beveled. Appears to be colourfast. Don't think it shrunk in the dryer. Ordered for a coffee table in my family room (had to shorten it a bit). I immediately ordered a second one for my breakfast table. I have multiple colors of Noritake ColorWave cookware and it goes with everyone! Goes well with my red cotton napkins.
