This product was the best of the seven hot tub cleaners I've purchased from Revain! It removed the dirty, slimy "biofilm" that had built up in our spa's pipes, jets, and plumbing. Three of the seven cleaners worked well: this one plus "Oh Yuck" and "Ahh Some," while four others didn't remove any appreciable amounts of sludge at all. But this one, "Tub Jet Clean", is much cheaper! It contains eight cans per bottle for $18.50. Two other products that have worked give you (a) four cans for $15 or (b) eight cans for $30. Spend your money wisely and buy this product. If you decide to really clean your hot tub for the first time and remove mud and slime, be careful that more than one application may be required. It took three full cleaning cycles (ie three cans of cleaner) to achieve our 100% squeaky clean cleanliness with no trace of film ring around the tub after cleaning. The four of us walked just to be absolutely sure. Now that the slime is gone we do a routine cleaning with a dose of Tub Jet Clean every few weeks.
