So I bought this product because I don't have much space to store my clothes. Ordered and received with no problems. The box is a little heavy - 25 kg. To collect this go to the penultimate step and the bar that goes under the bottom drawers has been removed. like a curved staircase. Completely useless. I had to ask for a replacement part and they were unable to provide the replacement part. They had to send me a brand new block so I could take out the part I needed to return the whole block with the broken part. Annoying, yes, but ok. Got a new device today and opened the box to get what I need and guess what. it is turned off. Certainly not as bad as the original packaging, but still off. I made it I installed it and was able to finish building the device. When ordering this unit, just make sure all your parts are straight and level before you begin assembly.
