Way too small! best in my review

Was so hoping to like this. I am a 4-6 and always a small on the top. This is a large. It barely comes to my waist. The sleeves are so short they don’t make it to my wrist and the fabric is oddly scratchy. The slit on the side makes it even weirder because it’s so short. And it’s boxy. So I look huge in the waist. Can’t even tuck it in for a slumpy look. So disappointed. It’s going back
