This company size chart is incorrect. According to the diagram my Old English Sheepdog was xxL. I bought two to see which one would look better on her. I was hoping for a mermaid with a raised fin. Well, they both had a lot of velcro to wrap around since they were 7 inches tall. They arrived a few days apart. I had to send both back. What a problem! So I've now bought the XL and it fits well but the neck straps are weird. So they are too big. We chose the penguin because the fin didn't want to attach it, it was folded and just flipped over. The mermaid shipping was terrible. Now we are happy that there is a lot of work for a vest, the size chart is far away.
