This pump's manual valve is essential for DIY projects.

I work with simple electronic circuits and own, operate and service several 3D printers as a hobby. Sometimes I 3D print decorative objects that have a function, such as B. LED lighting or, as shown in the photo, a fountain. Bust of Lagiacruz and small figures of Ludroth. These creatures are from the Monster Hunter video game series) and I forgot the importance of the manual valve on this pump. A few years ago I built my first fountain, a statue of a woman pouring water from a bucket using a pump like this. I had to carefully adjust the valve to get the right water flow. When I made the fountain shown in the photo I tried to use a standard water pump. Big mistake because the water came out of Lagiacruz's mouth instead of flowing out like I wanted. Realizing my mistake and that the pump I had didn't have a manual valve to control the water flow, I bought this pump. This pump saved the well. Although I almost had to close the manual valve, you can see in the photo how the water flows the way I want it, flowing from the Lagiacruz estuary into the pool below rather than splashing through it. The fact that this pump is USB powered made it easy to find a power supply (AC adapter), almost any USB outlet will power this pump with no problem. I haven't used this pump for a long time, but I left the fountain on. several hours and had no problems with it. I expect the pump to last a very long time as long as it stays submerged while in use.
