Great in the cold, useless in the snow. As you can see in the picture there is a huge gap that is due to the way they made the closure and the gap makes it easy for snow to get to your little feet. I stuck a finger in to see if it would reach my baby foot and it happened. There's no way her feet won't get wet from the snow and won't freeze when she's playing with them in the snow. Very bad lock design. The inside was well insulated for warmth and the outside was trendy, but that's about all they're good for. Absolutely no winter boots, just cold weather boots.
