Beautiful handbag/backpack. Smells like leather! I wasn't sure about the gold zippers but it's actually very pretty and stylish. Doesn't look cheap at all. Side zippers open vertically. I thought they would open in front of the bag but they don't. They open on the sides of the bag. I left my keys there. It's tight, but it works. There is a lot of space in the main room. Very comfortable inner material. I love this bag and it is so beautiful!
