On trend, cute design and overall great for my needs. I like the option of the additional top strap with the backpack straps. I like the burgandy color bag, but the straps are more red and don't match. I dont love that, but not enough to return. Great bag to throw in items for work or to use as a purse. Love the double zippers on front for quick access to car keys and phone.

I’m a little disappointed in this bag. It isn’t as nice as my other Cluci bag. The shoulder strap is not adjustable, the side pockets are shallower and don’t have elastic at the top, and the straps seem thinner. The design itself is nice, a soft material that looks very much like leather, plenty of pockets and smooth zippers. The size is great for a backpack, purse, or diaper bag. I just wish the details were there like their other style that I paid less for.

I was so excited to get this bag, but ended up being a little disappointed when I received it. I really like this back pack. I bought this to take on the plane for vacation and it was perfect. It also has a small carrying bag inside the backpack to carry also. It’s not made cheap nor does it look cheap.

I've received so many compliments on this purse. It's super well made for the price. I use it as a purse for work to carry my laptop to and from work. I highly recommend it. I really like the back pocket that I can put my keys in and I won't lose them at the bottom of the bag (like I do with every other purse I have).

I love the bag. Only problem is that the shoulder strap is not long enough to wear across my body. The backpack straps are constantly sliding down as well. I bought it to use the shoulder strap across my body. Now I must use the backpack straps only and they aren't designed well but are good quality.

Super cute, well made, sturdy and comfortable. A friend of mine has one and I love hers. I ordered it for a trip but accidentally ordered the wrong color so sent it back but will probably order another in a different color. I wanted one with more variance in color. Would definitely order again.

I've only had this a couple months now and have only used a handful of times, so I can't speak to the longevity of the material and how it's going to hold up over time. This backpack is exactly what I was looking for! It's big enough so that I can fit my 13.5 inch laptop in the bag and go to meetings without being weighed down. It's also small enough to use as a purse and normal day to day life. Plus it's SO cute! It looks professional yet works for a casual day. I got the cream and brown and it's so sharp!

Bought this when i went to visit my mom for Christmas and she saw this bag, liked it and thought it's cute. I gave it to her and still using it to this day. So now I am repurchasing coz I really liked the design. It's small but I can fit stuff I need to bring but not big and bulky for me. Not a fan of big purses. I like that you can have different options on strap on how you can wear it.

I only gave it 3stars for durability only because I haven’t had the purse very long. Limited capacity for personal items! Seems to be well built.

Ordered thr leopard print. Loved that the print shown in the picture seemed like a lighter white/tan/black combo with the brown trim. Unfortunately the print that arrived is a much darker orange and brown, not like the pic at all 😔 Quality seems really nice, but will still be sending back because I wanted the bag in the picture.

I love this bag! It’s so pretty and stylish, but the only thing I’d change if I could is the straps. The entire bag looks fancy and resembles a designer bag EXCEPT for the cheap straps. I wish they would’ve been made with the same "faux leather” as the other parts and I would definitely have given it 5 stars. Side note, fortunately, the shoulder strap can be detached and replaced with a leather strap if you can find one that matches. But the hideous backpack straps are not detachable…

I love this backpack, it looks fancy even though it’s not real leather. The color is nice and can go with all types of outfits. The only drawback is the straps, they’re not comfortable enough and the buckle moves so easily, I kind of understand why it is this way but I would’ve loved it if they were a little better. We went to NYC and walked for miles, I had this backpack with me and it was heavy. I ended up with red marks on my both clavicles! But it’s still cute ;)

Absolutely live this bag. Very versatile and larger than you think. Sooooo soft. Thrilled I bought this one. May not be suitable for everyday use.

I get so many compliments on this bag. The size is great for every day use but it will also be great for traveling. The only thing I didn’t like is you can’t remove the back pack straps even though it comes with a regular style purse strap. Otherwise it’s a great bag for the price.
