I was so excited to get this bag, but ended up being a little disappointed when I received it. I love everything about this bag.besides it size, and perhaps it is my fault for not really realizing the measurements. The leather type material is so soft and the color is true to the pictures and beautiful in real life. Zippers are surprising really good. Some cheap zippers get stuck easily, but these slide very easy and have no issues so far with them. Definitely smaller than I expected but is still able to hold all the essentials. I bought this purse for one reason, to travel with, something that I could fly with and something that would be easy to keep close to my body and I think it will get the job done. Only other complaint besides size, is the backpack straps and the material they're made of. It's a very smooth material, so the strap adjustments on the backpack straps slide very easily. Frustrating if you are wanting to keep them short! Also, the shoulder strap that attaches to the bag is very short. I was expecting to be able to wear it cross body, but I can't at all due to the length of it and it is not adjustable. I'm not very tall, so usually with shorter straps, I can still manage to use as a cross body, but this one is just too short. Like I said, besides the size and the straps.love this bag! Seems roomy and comfy and material seems to be durable.UPDATE: After having this for about a month, it has fallen apart. The main top zip tugged off, the leather piece that holds the additional strap on fell apart. So unhappy! I was trying to give this bag the benefit of the doubt.but it has definitely just not help well at all.
