I'm 5'4" 182lbs and they fit great although the black lining material doesn't compress, I think I could have gone for an M instead for a better fit, the outer fabric feels very light.The back pocket is very small, if you want to use it for a wallet or a phone, it is more suitable for a key or some bills.The side pockets are not that deep.The back towel loop is a very clever design detail, especially now that you have to carry multiple towels to the gym.
