These earrings are small, but not so small that they are invisible in the ear. I've had them for a while now and they seem to be holding up well. They looked tarnished but I managed to clean them off with a jewelry cloth and they look great! Not as shiny as the first time, but they look good enough for everyday wear. I think I would try other things from this brand if they passed the break-in test.
