It is very comfortable. No irritation. My only issue is that one of the backrests doesn't fit exactly at all and doesn't hold up. I have to put the plastic back behind it to keep it in place. I could go through the exchange process, but it's just not worth it. I will say that plastic backs are key (so I really hope I don't lose them). The pole would have hit my head in my sleep if I hadn't put it on. It's very convenient with them because they cover the entire post.

I need a pair of studs that I can wear 24/7. My first impression after opening the package was that the balls were kind of small. But I think these are those studs. In fact, I think it's easier to keep your ears clean with small balls. I got my ear pierced a few months ago and tried a pair of earrings (after taking off the titanium earrings I had at the time of the piercing), this pair worked best.

I got these earrings as a gift and they are the best. I have very sensitive ears and cannot wear artificial things. These earrings do not cut the ears at all. I will buy more from this company.

I bought these because my daughter is very sensitive to various metals and was hoping she would tolerate solid titanium. I can't confirm if it's titanium or not, but she definitely had an allergic reaction to it anyway. Disappointing.

The best earrings for sensitive ears! I can usually only wear earrings for a few hours and they still hurt a lot. I've had them for 3 days and I don't even feel them. No redness, swelling, pain. My ears feel completely normal

It's cute and I was excited to try titanium earrings hoping they would be comfortable and not irritate my ears. I can't wear silver or mixed metals because my ears are swollen, red and itchy. At first they were fine, but after a few minutes or hours of wearing them, my ears became swollen, hot, and red. I could have left them longer in my first piercing but I hurt myself right away putting it in my double :(Maybe it's not pure titanium, no idea why I reacted to that.

I haven't had a negative reaction to these earrings, I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks. I forgot what I have afterwards. I still hope that one day I can go back to my gold tips with diamonds, but we'll see.

My second earring holes were pierced after 3 months and still not healed, they were pierced with sterling silver, I tried switching to white gold and they still have not healed. They were infected, so I bought these earrings and some saline. The infection is gone, now they are being treated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone sensitive to metals.

I haven't worn earrings for 7 years, developed an allergy and couldn't wear hypoallergenic clothing made of metal, even gold or surgical steel. Every time I wore them my ears would feel hot for 30 minutes to an hour, incredibly itchy and aching with fever. I wear them for 3 days waiting for signs. Nothing. There doesn't seem to be anything there. No soreness, no redness, no hot spot, no fever. :) I also really like the note cards that come with it. I will buy again soon.

I have tried all types of hypoallergenic/sensitive earrings. I found these to be the first headphones I can wear all day and my ears don't itch, hurt, ooze or swell. I will definitely order more. They're titanium, so not as "bright" as sterling silver, but they're just AWESOME for everyday wear.

These earrings were a lifesaver! I have very sensitive ears and used them for a new second lobe piercing. I'm not sure if it's real titanium, but there were no problems during the healing process of the piercing and no signs of infection. Also no irritation and comfortable to wear even in bed!

This is the best titanium ball stud for people who are allergic to nickel or gold. And also very cheap does not irritate my earlobe, but I absolutely had to buy a 5mm bullet, quite small

It's good value for money as I need hypoallergenic earrings. So far they seem comfortable but I just got my ears pierced and they are a little sensitive.

I didn't know what 3 or 4 millimeters looked like; 3 is just above a point and barely perceptible to my ears; 4 is better but still tiny! They are titanium and don't irritate my sensitive ears!

Great little earrings. They turned out smaller than I expected, especially the post part. The post was longer than expected. I was looking for something to wear for the night so my holes don't shrink as I rarely wear earrings. It wasn't.
