Flexibility and Value Beyond Belief

The cost of hiring outside counsel can be prohibitively expensive! And yet many small & medium sized companies simply cannot afford in-house lawyers or staff that would otherwise support their internal compliance efforts. When I searched my background (I am currently working as an Assistant General Counsel at one such firm), there were no firms who offered this type of service. So when we decided it was time for us to expand our corporate governance team with more expertise than just myself, UpCounslers' "flexible" approach fit perfectly into what we needed - both price point AND breadth of services provided.

It's easy from day 1 you get assigned your own personal legal expert consultant whom meets regularly throughout any given month so they don't take up office hours slots unnecessarily..they are easily accessible via email 24/7; They provide excellent customer care over multiple levels by way including senior attorneys / consultants within other lawfirms where clients have worked before..it makes everyone happy because now all parties feel like each
