BUYERS BEWARE for my opinion

1. Customer service for USA - you call the number listed and it's in CHINA!@!@!@!@!@ Then the answering system language is CHINESE!2. NO MANUAL for setting up the system.you get a worthless pamphlet that you can't read for the phone app!3. I have owned several different brands of wireless security camera systems very similar to this one, that is they had two cameras and a portable monitor. No question, the Tonton is the best. Highly recommended!Over the years, as new features became available, such as night vision, Internet connectivity and higher resolution, I would upgrade my system. Not worth it. for my opinion

Let me start by saying their tech support gets 5 stars. Answers questions quickly. But the system itself is pretty bad. The little bit of instructions given are about useless. The motion detection is poor, the 2 way audio is really bad. All of the camera features were very iffy on if they would work or not, sometimes they did sometimes not. I returned this system and bought the Casacam Vs5002, it costs more but it is so much better.

Very Affordable and Great Quality

The Good:Excellent night vision! Honestly, I was expecting somewhat mediocre quality night vision for this very affordable security system. I was quite pleasantly surprised at it's quality.No false alarms. This system has yet to send a false alarm. Tonton security camera system

My phone doesn't do the cameras any justice. The picture is extremely clear much better than my old system. Day & night vision is fantastic I can zoom in & see my car seats & even the handbrake at night amazing. The sound is great It picks up things I've never heard before. The motion diction works well & the alarm went off I jumped up thinking the cops were out front before realising it was the alarm, definitely scare intruders. The technical support I've received is OTT never received so much

Camera seems steady, camera shows good day picture, good night picture. After hours I finally get sound, still can't get it to manually record, I found how the file numbers are listed. They need to have manuals with these things but . The monitor stays on even in sleep mode after 10 minutes or so and gets hot. The monitor needs vast improvements. Never installed, thru wall install would not work, had to return

Can't do a bad review, item was well packaged and looked durable and solid. I did not see it in the ad, but this is a thru the wall installation. Wires have to be fed thru the wall to a plug it. I wasn't looking for security only to see who was at the door and plug it in outside. Also the monitor is too small. Its setup for 4 cameras and only has a 4 camera view. Works great for what we use it for.

We do not have it attached to our wifi system. I can't rate that aspect of the system. The SD system works great and that is what we use it for. We have other systems already running on our wifi that do other things.
