This system came with 24 ir lights when I first bought it. The body of the camera was metal, the lens cover was glass. Where do I even start with this? I bought this in 2019. It is not user friendly, there is no guidance on how to set it up or use the system or app. I had to use trial and error. HUGE TIP for mounting your cameras! If you want to keep the cameras horizontal so they look right on the screen without having to turn your head to see things as they should be, this could save you lots of time. We used this camera system to watch our yard. It took time to install and route the wires for the cameras. Once I got that done it didn't take long to get them working with a monitor I had.I found that you can connect to it using an app on ipad or android. It didn't support the Chrome Book we had since the app would continually crash even when connecting first time. I recommend using your phone to watch the footage. I purchased my security system about 2 months ago and it is finally up and working. I had a issue with replacing password and email from the technician's initial set up. I really like the look of the camera as well as what it looks like viewing it on the software. Would have been 5 stars but the setup was a little confusing. I had to email support and they were excellent in getting right back to me. If the firmware is not updated for your PC or the links don’t work just email them. So far so good!

Overall I am happy with this security system, the picture quality is pretty good and I love I can check my cameras on my phone when I am not home. Tech support seems to be fairly helpful as well.

I bought this system in 2019 and it has worked good.All my cameras went out at once in 2022 and I contacted Tech Support to trouble shoot. The Tech helped me and we narrowed it down to a power cable. System is backup and working again. Worth the purchase.

This is a great security system. Very simple, clear and easy to understand directions. If you have any issues the technical support team is very professional, polite, patient and thorough. Id definitely recommend this system!

AFTER A YEAR OF USING THIS SYSTEM I DO SAY IT DOES HAVE GREAT VIDEO QUALITY FOR THE PRICE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE AGAINST IT , IS THAT THE SYSTEM EVERY ONCE AND A WHILE FREEZES OR RANDOMLY RESTARTS ITSELF. WITH ONLY A ONE YEAR WARRANTY, ONLY THING I CAN DO IS REPLACE THE DVR .

It would be nice if there were more in depth user manual explaining why the border of screen flashes different colors & what each color means.

This product was just what I was looking for. I have a small house so this worked out just fine for me. Installation took the most time and the trying to get the cameras to comes through to my phone was a pain but tech support helped out alot .
