Did not work on my review.

Talked via text and internet on several occasions trying to get the cameras to work. In one case, I was texting with them for almost 2 hours. Terrible tech support. I returned the cameras.

Excellent Resolution, Easy to Add to NVR system

I bought this camera as an add-on to my existing Tonton NVR system. I wanted both a high resolution camera and one that I could view on the Tonton 7" NVR display, which already had two Tonton cameras linked to it (it can accommodate four). This add-on camera did both jobs perfectly. When I plugged in the camera, a voice prompt said it was ready to link to the NVR and I used the touchscreen Match option on the NVR and - presto - the camera was linked. I purchased they security package with two cameras and monitor and liked it so well that I also purchased two extra cameras. The system works great

Make them last longer.

These cameras only last a year inside and out. I have 4 and have to replace 3 already.Wish they would last longer. The camera's user interface may not be intuitive.

Great cameras and the beast customer service. Test you camera

The quality is great bright image and clear. To add a new camera just connected via cable and add in video setting. the customer service is very efficient and response quickly.Also once you installed you can verify like this if your cameras has been working or not.

Worked Perfectly! in my review

I had originally bought a tonton nvr with 6 cameras, and decided to add to the system with this camera. These cameras are amazing! Easy to add to the nvr and the new design is so easy to adjust! Highly recommend!

Picture Quality and Customer Service

huge let down in my review

Cheap Chinese junk, system completely failed us, had an assault occur on our property and it failed to activate motion to record, yet it recorded other movement.

Only lasted 6 months moisture leak

It was a free replacement for original which broke. Then after 6 months it lost its seal and had moisture in lense rendering it useless

Easy add on! good for me

Easy add-on to existing system. A no brainer! Truly plug 'n play. Well made with the exception of the "radial joint locking ring". Made of aluminum and quite flimsy.
