I bought this camera as an add-on to my existing Tonton NVR system. I wanted both a high resolution camera and one that I could view on the Tonton 7" NVR display, which already had two Tonton cameras linked to it (it can accommodate four). This add-on camera did both jobs perfectly. When I plugged in the camera, a voice prompt said it was ready to link to the NVR and I used the touchscreen Match option on the NVR and - presto - the camera was linked. And the resolution is just amazing! I like the NVR user interface design features in which the camera videos are stored on an SD card and I am able to access and play them back them easily. I do wish the Tonton user manuals were more comprehensive, but the Tonton service representatives respond very quickly and are able to resolve issues and answer questions.
