Never installed, thru wall install would not work, had to return
Can't do a bad review, item was well packaged and looked durable and solid. I did not see it in the ad, but this is a thru the wall installation. Wires have to be fed thru the wall to a plug it. I wasn't looking for security only to see who was at the door and plug it in outside. Also the monitor is too small. Its setup for 4 cameras and only has a 4 camera view. I only wanted a split screen for two cameras. As it is with only a 7 inch monitor split into 4 that can't be changed. the display is to small to see whos at the door. Returned to get a 12 inch monitor with a two split screen. No hassle return.
