Unstable video suitable for HDMI cable

I was only using 1080 and the video was unstable. Constant flickering and every now and then the video disappeared completely. For a week it got worse, I tested. I also bought a standard DP to HDMI cable and then an HDMI to HDMI cable from the same manufacturer. Other cables work well, but this one doesn't, even if only one monitor is used.
