The flag pole itself is just as ordered. Its in several sections that you simple extend and twist lock to keep it set. The supplier sent a PVC pipe that the flagpole fits into so that you can easily remove the flagpole from the ground. I mounted my flagpole with the PVC pipe into 50 pounds of concrete because in Florida's sandy soil, it would loosen too easily.But I did have two issues. The flagpole and the LED light fixture came from two different suppliers. The top of the flagpole is threaded inside and the LED fixture has a smooth bore thru it so that you can mount the two together. But, there's no adapter to connect the two together. I used a 5/16" dowel rod and threaded it into the flagpole and slide the light over it. I did have to wrap the dowel rod with a bit of duct tape to make it fit tightly with the LED lamp.The second issue was the instructions for the LED lamp. Those instructions said all you had to do was flip a switch to the ON position. But there is no visible switch to turn on. So, that evening, the light did not come on. I took it all down and found that what I thought was the sensor covered by a soft plastic cover was actually where the switch was hidden. And its not a switch you flip ON. Its actually a little push/pull switch that you have to figure out if its OFF or ON.But, all is good in the end. And I would have given them more stars if I hadn't had to "engineer" the connector between the pole and the light.
