This ankle brace is sent from God. I have a condition called neuroma in my leg but it also affected my ankle. Taking the pressure off my ankle helped my leg too, this bandage wrapped my ankle like you wrap your newborn hunni! It can be as tight as you want or loose, the tighter I got it the better my ankle and foot was. It doesn't slip or fall; However, this little spare part for your heel is terrible. I cut mine off and just wrapped that part around my ankle so I put a 4 🌟.
