I just pulled out my new white tail shirt and was so excited when I received a beautiful 4 comfy shirt. I have 30 years of experience as a manager in a large retail chain. I was shocked at the extremely poor quality control. I felt like a member of Adam's family. One Seleva was 2 inches longer than the other. Buttons were another quality control issue. 1 missing 3 poorly fixed as shown in the photo. On a positive note, the shirt was fine, but even when I had the buttons properly buttoned up, the uneven length of the hem made this shirt impossible to salvage. The hallmark of a successful business is excellent customer service and effective quality control.
